Notification of posting of annual report and notice of AGM
Agriterra Limited, the AIM listed African agricultural company announces that:
· copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 (the "Accounts") will be posted to shareholders today; and
· it is also posting to shareholders notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "Notice") to be held at 12:15 p.m. on 8 November 2018 at Richmond House, St. Julian's Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GZ.
