The Company announces that a person closely connected ("PCA") with following named PDMR made the following transfer of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), to their ISA. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of the PDMR and his connected persons in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
