PDMR Shareholding
Assura plc ("Assura" or "the Company"), the UK's leading primary care property investor and developer, today announces that PDMR Andrew Darke has sold 600,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 54.75 pence.
Following the transaction Mr Darke has 378,739 ordinary shares representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
