Publication, Despatch and Availability of 2010 Annual Report
Asian Growth Properties Limited (the "Company") (AIM Stock Code: AGP), the Hong Kong based China property development and investment company, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2010 has been published and uploaded on the Company's website at "www.asiangrowth.com".
Printed copies of same together with the notice of 2011 annual general meeting and form of proxy or form of instruction (as the case may be) have been despatched by post to shareholders and holders of depositary interests today. They can be obtained free of charge upon request at the Company's principal place of business at 25th Floor, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 108 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong during normal business hours on any day (except Sundays, public holidays and days on which black rainstorm warning are issued or tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is hoisted) for one month after 19 April 2011.
