Angle PLC08 September 2006 For Immediate Release 8 September 2006 ANGLE plc ('ANGLE' or the 'Company') NON-EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT TO BOARD ANGLE, the venture management and consulting company specialising in thecommercialisation of technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of GarthSelvey (57) as Non-Executive Director to the Board. The appointment is effectiveimmediately. Garth brings many years' management experience, most recently as Chief Executiveof Comino Group plc. Comino Group was a fully listed software solutions company,which Garth founded in 1996 and ran until its takeover by Civica plc in February2006. Previous positions include Managing Director of TIS Applications Ltd from 1984to 1990, a company Garth formed through a joint venture with TIS Ltd, creating apowerful application arm to the hardware distributor and aiding a successfulsale of the Group to Misys plc in 1989. Following the takeover, under the name of Context Computers, Garth lead an MBOof the Housing product team of Misys, attracted investment from venturecapitalists and in 1995 formed Comino Group. Garth has developed a wealth of experience in all aspects of corporate lifeincluding company growth, securing venture capital investment, attracting newinvestors, disposals, acquisitions and integration, and providing repayment ofcapital through exits such as flotation on AIM through to a fully listed Companyon the London Stock Exchange.
