Angle PLC05 April 2007 ANGLE PLC ("ANGLE" OR "THE COMPANY") Director/PDMR shareholding The Company was informed today that, on the same day, Andrew Newland, ChiefExecutive of ANGLE, and his wife Mrs Harriet Newland transferred shares intotheir personal pension funds at 64.01 pence per share, off market. Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") weretransferred as follows. From Mr Newland to Mr Newland's personal pension fund24,944 Ordinary Shares. From Mrs Newland to Mr Newland's personal pension fund299,820 Ordinary Shares. From Mrs Newland to Mrs Newland's personal pension fund4,390 Ordinary Shares.
