Angle PLC20 March 2008 ANGLE PLC ("ANGLE" OR "THE COMPANY") Director/PDMR shareholding The Company was informed today that, on the same day, Andrew Newland, ChiefExecutive of ANGLE, and his wife Mrs Harriet Newland transferred shares intotheir personal pension funds at 30.5 pence per share, off market. Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") weretransferred as follows. From Mr Newland to Mr Newland's personal pension fund273,004 Ordinary Shares. From Mrs Newland to Mr Newland's personal pension fund484,185 Ordinary Shares. From Mrs Newland to Mrs Newland's personal pension fund11,605 Ordinary Shares. There is no change to Mr Newland's beneficial interest in the Company, whichfollowing this notification remains at 6,854,686 Ordinary Shares representing25.26 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
