Angle PLC11 August 2005 ANGLE PLC ANGLE plc ("ANGLE" or the "Company") Employee Share Option Exercise - Issue of new shares The Company announces that it has received a validly executed notice of exerciseof Approved Share Options over 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in theCompany. Share options were issued to employees pursuant to the arrangements setout in the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme. Accordingly the Company has allotted 20,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each inthe capital of the Company. Application has been made for admission to AIM ofsuch new ordinary shares and is expected to take place on 17 August 2005. Theseshares, on admission, will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares inthe Company.
