Argentex Group PLC, the international provider of foreign exchange services to institutions, corporates and high net worth private individuals, today announces that Nigel Railton, Non-executive Director, on 16 November 2022 purchased 28,728 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.0425 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Nigel Railton's total beneficial interest in the Group is 114,812 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.1% of the Group's issued share capital.
