Result of General Meeting
The Board of Alpha, a high-tech, high-touch provider of financial solutions dedicated to corporates and institutions operating internationally, is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to change the Company's name to Alpha Group International plc and its TIDM to "ALPH", was duly passed. The change of name is expected to come into effect from 5 December 2022 and a further announcement will be made prior to then.
