F Share Award
Alpha FX Group plc (AIM: AFX), a high-tech, high-touch provider of FX risk management, accounts and payments solutions to corporates and institutions internationally, announces that further to the RNS on 22 June 2022 in relation to the F Shares, the Group is awarding an additional 99 F Shares. 69 F Shares are being awarded to Tim Powell following his recent appointment as CFO and Executive Director (which commences on 1 December 2022). 13 of the F Shares are being issued to Timothy Butters (who currently holds 77 E Shares), who is a PDMR of the Company, and therefore the relevant regulatory disclosure has been made in the table below. The remaining 17 F Shares are being issued to other employees. The 99 F Shares being awarded will be on the same terms as that described in the announcement of 22 June 2022.
