Update on Extraordinary General Meeting
Further to the Company's announcement of 27 February 2020, Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, gives notice that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company to be held at 11.00 am (UK time) on 2 April 2020 at the offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Adelaide House, London Bridge, London, EC4R 9HA, United Kingdom will be hosted via a webinar.
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and in order to protect the health and safety of all shareholders, shareholders are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting via the webinar (rather than in person at the Adelaide House venue) and to vote by proxy as described below.
Shareholders will be able to vote electronically using the Share Portal Service via www.signalshares.com. To vote online, shareholders will need to enter their surname, investor code and postcode. Shareholders providing a Form of Proxy via post must complete and return the form to the Company's registrar, Link Asset Services, at The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4TU, United Kingdom. Please note that the deadline for receiving proxy forms (including any submitted electronically) is 11.00 am (UK time) on 31 March 2020.
Shares held in certificated form (i.e. in CREST) may be voted through the CREST Proxy Voting Service in accordance with the procedures set out in the CREST manual. Please note that the deadline for lodging CREST instructions is 11.00am (UK time) on 30 March 2020.
