Update on Transfer of Listing to TASE
Further to the Company's announcement of 29 July 2021, Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that the Board expects to publish a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in relation to the admission of the Ordinary Shares of the Company to trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE") on 12 August 2021 and anticipates that trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on TASE will commence on 23 August 2021. The publication of the Prospectus remains subject to approval from TASE and from the Israeli Securities Authority. The expected date for the cancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM remains unchanged, being 26 August 2021.
The Prospectus will be published in Hebrew on TASE's online system for corporate disclosures, MAYA, and the Company will notify the market once available. The Prospectus will be published only for the purpose of admitting the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on TASE and without any associated fundraising.
The Company will update the market in due course.
