Amiad, a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that Mr. Shmuel Dudai, a non-executive director of the Company and the chairman of Kibbutz Amiad ("the Kibbutz"), which controls approximately 59% of the voting rights in theΒ Company and 45.5% of its issued ordinary share capital, has given notice to the Company that he will be stepping down from his position as chairman of the Kibbutz and, as a consequence, is resigning with immediate effect from his service as a non-executive directorΒ of the Company.
