Aferian Plc ("Aferian" or "the Company"), the B2B video streaming solutions company, announces that Bruce Powell has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect, following over two years of service on the Board.
The Board and the Company would like to take this opportunity to express their deep gratitude to Bruce for his invaluable contribution and commitment to the business during this period.
