The trades were made on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Exchange in accordance with a trading plan entered into on 24 May 2010. Accordingly Markku Kankaala now holds voting rights attached to 8,342,533 shares, representing 3.48% of the issued share capital of the Company excluding treasury shares. The trading plan is a written trading programme which sets out the strategy for the acquisition and/or disposal of securities to enable insiders of the Company to trade shares without doubts related to the use of insider information. The plan specifies the amount, the price and the date on which the securities are tobe dealt in by an independent third party on behalf of the Company insider.
