Application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to thepremium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market; admission is expected to take place tomorrow. Following the above issue of equity the Company has issued share capital of 248,207,000 Ordinary Shares.
