PUBLICATION OF CIRCULAR

Ruukki Group Plc ("Ruukki" or the "Company") (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V)announces that, further to the announcements dated 30 September 2010 and 19 October 2010, the Company has prepared a circular in connection with the proposed related party transaction comprising the arrangements between the Company, Kermas Limited and Synergy Africa Limited relating to the formation and financing of the acquisition vehicle Synergy Africa Limited and the proposed acquisition and subsequent holding of shares in Chromex Mining plc.

A copy of the circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at the NSM's website, which is located at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
