ADVFN PLC31 December 2007 ADVFN PLC (the "Company") Total voting rights In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Services Authority Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital at thedate of this announcement comprises 593,192,435 ordinary shares of 1p each. Thevoting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share carrying theright to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
