ADVFN PLC24 February 2005 24 February 2005 ADVFN PLC (the "Company") Exercise of Options The Company announces that options to subscribe for 500,000 ordinary shares of 1pence each in the Company have been exercised, with 433,333 options at a priceof 1.25p per share and 66,667 options at a price of 1.75p per share. These shares have been allotted and application for the shares to be admitted totrading on AIM has been made to the London Stock Exchange.
