ADVFN Investor Event for Avation plc
ADVFN plc (AFN.L), the global stocks, shares and crypto information website for private investors, announces its latest investor event in the heart of the City.
On Tuesday, 21st May 2019, ADVFN will be hosting a free Investor Event for Avation plc, the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company (AVAP.L). Richard Wolanski, Finance Director, will be providing an investor update presentation, which will include information about the company's new fleet additions, figures and analysis of its current trading as the company experiences one of the largest growth periods in its history.
Avation's success was highlighted on May 2nd, 2019 at the Airfinance Journal Awards 2018, when the company's deal with airBaltic won the 'Operating Lease Deal of the Year 2018' award. The awards recognise the most innovative transactions, teams and individuals in aviation finance.
Since the 1st of January 2019, Avation plc has made announcements confirming the following fleet additions by 30 June 2019, which will take the fleet to 48 aircraft by EOFY (End of Financial Year):
· One Airbus A220 (new leased to airBaltic)
· Two ATR72-600 (new)
· One 737-800 (eight-years-old on lease to Garuda)
Avation will have added circa $250m in new fleet between 1st January and 30th June 2019, which represents in excess of 20% fleet growth from the 31st December half year. This growth is already fully funded.
Attendees will learn more about the direction of the company and its future prospects in the presentation (which will be approximately 30 minutes). They will get the opportunity to ask questions in the Q&A session that follows, as well as get the chance to network.
