Directorate Changes
The Board of ADVFN announces that, after 22 years of service with the Company, Michael Hodges is stepping down from his position as a director and Chairman with immediate effect. Michael Hodges will also resign from his group directorships other than in respect of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, All IPO Plc, until a suitable replacement has been identified.
Thomas Spiller has stepped down from his position as non-executive director of the Company, also with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Michael and Tom for their services and wishes them both well for the future.
Lord Gold, a non-executive director of the Company, will become the non-executive Chairman of the Company.
In addition to the Board changes, the Company has today cancelled all share options currently held by directors (including those held by Michael Hodges) amounting to 1,251,473 options.
