ADVFN PLC16 February 2007 ADVFN plc (the "Company") Holding(s) in Company Two form TR-1s have been received by the Company in relation to the holdings ofFMR Corp ("FMR") and Fidelity International Limited ("FIL") in the voting rightsof the Company. Prior to the implementation of the EU Transparency Directive,the interests of FMR and FIL were aggregated for the purposes of shareholderreporting. According to the new DTR rules the indirect holdings of FMR and FILare being reported separated. These holdings are correct as of close ofbusiness on 8 February 2007. The detail in respect of FMR is reproduced from the form TR-1 below. In respectof FIL, it holds 1,745,800 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.3% ofthe total voting rights of the Company and therefore no longer has a notifiableinterest.
