Director Shareholding and Holdings in Company
The Board of AFH, a leading financial planning led investment management firm, announces that, following the issue of equity announced by the Company on 28 May 2015, Alan Hudson, Chief Executive Officer, remains beneficially interested in 7,555,700 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 37.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition following the issue of equity announced by the Company on 28 May 2015, the board of AFH is aware of the following disclosed shareholdings in excess of 3% of the enlarged issued share capital of AFH as follows:
