In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, AFC Energy would like to notify the market of the following:
·; AFC Energy's capital consists of 150,872,854 ordinary shares with voting rights
·; AFC Energy does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in AFC Energy is 150,872,854.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, AFC Energy under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
