Director / PDMR Grant of options
AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, has granted options over 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (the "Options") to Peter Dixon-Clarke, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as agreed at the time of his appointment. The Options are exercisable at 18.80 pence each, being the mid market closing price on 26 April 2023 and vest on the third anniversary of their award. There are no other vesting conditions attached to the Options.
Following this transaction Peter Dixon-Clarke has a total of 500,000 Options.
The Company has 735,351,171 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
