Notice of Annual General Meeting
AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 October 2023 and notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") have been posted today to those shareholders who have elected to receive a paper copy and are available to download on the Company's website at www.afcenergy.com/investors/financial-reports.
The AGM will be held on Thursday 25 April 2024 at 10.30am at the Napier Suite. Brooklands Hotel, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0SL.
The results of the AGM will be announced via the Regulatory News Service and made available on the Company's website at www.afcenergy.com.
