Oystertec PLC12 April 2005 12 April 2005 Oystertec plc Issue of Equity Oystertec plc (the "Company") announces that it has applied for 551,399 ordinaryshares of 0.05p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, which will be issuedpursuant to the Company's employee incentive plan, to be admitted to trading onthe Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in theCompany. Trading in the 551,399 new shares is expected to commence on 18 April2005 and the total number of shares in issue and admitted to trading will thenbe 255,395,205. Included in the above are 102,384 shares granted under the Company's incentiveplan to Mr Howard Baker, a director of the Company, which increases his totalholding to 2,137,384 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each, representing 0.8% of theCompany's issued share capital.
