ezzsteel Reports ESR Standalone Financials
Cairo, 19 July 2011 - ezzsteel (formerly: Al Ezz Steel Rebars S.A.E.) (EGX: ESRS; London Stock Exchange: AEZD), the largest independent producer of steel in the MENA region, today disclosed the financial performance of ESR on a standalone basis for the full year ending 31 December 2010.
The publication of the consolidated financial performance for the whole company is reliant on the Board of EZDK approving EZDK's financial results. ezzsteel now expects that this will happen on, or around, the 24 July 2011. Following this, ezzsteel expects to be able to announce its consolidated results one week later.
