DIRECTOR DECLARATION

Further to the announcement made by the Company today (20 September 2011) that Stuard Detmer is to be appointed as Chief Executive with immediate effect, the Company confirms that Mr. Detmer is a non-executive director of Exillon Energy plc and was an executive director of Sibir Energy plc. There are no further details to be disclosed in relation to Mr. Detmer in accordance with Rule 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
