Aminex PLC, an independent oil and gas company premium-listed on the London Stock Exchange and primary-listed on the Irish Stock Exchange with activities focused in Tanzania, announces that all the resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today were duly passed.
