AGM Statement
At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Aminex PLC, an independent oil and gas company premium-listed on the London Stock Exchange and primary-listed on the Irish Stock Exchange with activities focused in Tanzania, due to be held later today at The Stephen's Green Hibernian Club, 9 St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, the Board will be providing shareholders with a short presentation on the Company's operations and a copy of the presentation will be posted to the Company's website (www.aminex-plc.com) at or shortly after 12 noon.
