DIVIDEND DECLARATION FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1 NOVEMBER 2015 TO 14 DECEMBER 2015
Further to the announcement relating to the proposed placing of shares in AEW UK REIT plc (the "Company") on 30 November 2015, the Company announces a second interim dividend of 0.75p per share for the period from 1 November 2015 to 14 December 2015. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 11 December 2015 on 31 March 2016 in accordance with the Company's normal dividend timetable. The ex-dividend date will be 10 December 2015. The dividend of 0.75p per Share will be designated 0.75p per Share as an interim property income distribution.
The Company has previously declared a first interim dividend from launch to 31 October 2015 of 1.5p per Share, which will be payable on 31 December 2015 to Shareholders on the register as at close of business on 11 December 2015.
A further announcement will be made in February 2016 in accordance with the Company's normal dividend timetable as to the amount of the third interim dividend for the period from 15 December 2015 to 31 January 2016. Both the second and third interim dividends will be paid at the same time.
