The Dividend Declaration announcement released under RNS 9216T at 7am on 5 August 2025 contained the incorrect date for the Sterling dividend announcement. The correct date should be 27 August 2025, rather than 1 September 2025 as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged.

Dividend Payment

The Board is pleased to declare the proposed second interim dividend payment which is in line with the new dividend policy to continue paying dividends covered by earnings and to consider the Company's liquidity position. The second interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025, will be 0.7934 cents per ordinary share, all of which will be designated as an interest distribution and paid on 5 September 2025 to shareholders who appear on the register as of 15 August 2025. The Company's Ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 14 August 2025.

Shareholders should note that the default payment currency is Euro, though shareholders can elect to have their dividends paid in Sterling. The last day for currency elections to be registered is 22 August 2025. Currency elections should be submitted via CREST in the usual manner. Certificated shareholders can access a currency election form via the Registrar's website at www.investorcentre.co.uk.

The Company will announce the Sterling dividend rate in respect of the second interim dividend on 27 August 2025.
