Grant of Options
Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, announces that it has granted options over a total of 120,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to certain employees under the Company's EMI share option scheme.
The options have an exercise price of 26p, being the closing mid-market share price of Aeorema's Ordinary Shares on 13 June 2019. The options will vest on 14 June 2022 and can be exercised in the period from 14 June 2022 until 5:00 p.m. on the business day before the 10th anniversary of the date of grant, being 14 June 2019.
Following the grant of these options, the Company has a total of 1,020,000 options over Ordinary Shares outstanding, representing 11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
