The Company has been notified that, following recent transactions, Millstream Solutions Limited holds 3,603,330 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 4.58 per cent. of the voting share capital of Cinpart. 2,500,000 ordinary shares included in the above holding are held via a nominee company.
