Derlite Contract with Burner Systems International

Cinpart, the AIM-quoted electrical products manufacturer and supplier, is pleased to announce that Derlite Limited ("Derlite"), a 100 per cent. owned subsidiary of the Company, has signed a supply contract with Burner Systems International ("BSI") to supply spark electrodes to BSI's manufacturing plants in USA, Mexico and France. BSI is already an important customer of Derlite and this contract secures a substantive proportion of Derlite sales for the next twelve months with the addition of BSI's France facility. The projected annual value for this contract is expected to be £560,000.

Further to the announcement on 19 October 2009 the Company confirms that its nominated adviser is Merchant John East Securities Limited and that its joint brokers are Mirabaud Securities Limited and Rivington Street Corporate Finance Limited.
