Board Changes

Active Energy (AIM: AEG, OTCQB: ATGVF), an alternative energy company focused on the deployment of renewable infrastructure and the integration of advanced digital technologies, announces the appointment of Mr. James Voce as Director of Corporate Development and as a Director of the Company, effective immediately.

James has over 20 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, and real estate. He began his career in private banking with Citigroup and Coutts & Co, where he managed high-net-worth client portfolios with assets under management exceeding $250 million. He later held senior advisory roles in Dubai with AES International and Earnest Insurance Brokers, specialising in investment structuring and cross-border financial planning.

James has also founded and led investment and technology ventures, including Miura Capital Ltd and Avistone International Ltd, focusing on algorithmic trading and fund management. He currently oversees a portfolio of luxury residential and holiday parks across the UK.

James holds multiple professional qualifications in securities, financial derivatives, and mortgage advice, and brings a strong track record of strategic leadership, client relationship management, and operational delivery across international markets.
