Active Energy (AIM:AEG, OTCQB:ATGVF), an alternative energy company focused on the deployment of renewable infrastructure and the integration of advanced digital technologies, announces that Paul Elliott, CEO and PDMR, purchased 3,404,364 ordinary shares of £0.00035 each ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.16 pence per Ordinary Share on 12 August 2025.
Following this transaction, Paul has an interest in 3,404,364 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.67% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
