Half year trading update

AdvancedAdvT Limited (AIM: ADVT, "AdvT", the "Group"), the international software solutions provider for the business solutions, compliance, and human capital management sectors, announces a trading update for the six months to 31 August 2025.

Group revenue is expected to be not less than £25 million, reflecting sustained momentum across all operating units and representing a double-digit increase compared to the reported figures for H1 FY25.

Adjusted EBITDA¹ is expected to be not less than £7 million, driven by continued operational efficiencies, customer growth, and successful contract renewals. Trading remains in line with the Board's expectations.

As of 31 August 2025, net cash and investments totalled £116.1 million, comprising £96.9 million in net cash and £19.2 million held as an investment in M&C Saatchi plc.

The Group delivered a strong first half with margins and cost savings tracking well, resulting in a good Adjusted EBITDA outcome for H1. Looking ahead, we expect to see increased investment in the second half to support future growth, particularly through continued product development and the expansion of our infrastructure to enable scalable SaaS and automation platforms.

AdvT expects to publish its half year results later in October 2025.
