Management change
Clean Energy Brazil PLC, an investment company focused onΒ Brazil's sugar cane/ethanol industry, announcesΒ the resignation of Gilberto Mascioli, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, with effect from 5 February 2009. The resignation has arisen in the wake of the funding restrictions which have resulted in the delay in the development of CEB's investmentsΒ andΒ greenfieldΒ projects. CEBΒ would like to thank Mr Mascioli for his contribution to theΒ early stagesΒ of the Company's development.
