Management change
Clean Energy Brazil PLC, an investment company focused on Brazil's sugar cane/ethanol industry, announces the resignation of Gilberto Mascioli, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, with effect from 5 February 2009. The resignation has arisen in the wake of the funding restrictions which have resulted in the delay in the development of CEB's investments and greenfield projects. CEB would like to thank Mr Mascioli for his contribution to the early stages of the Company's development.
