Issue of Equity
CEB Resources plc (AIM: CEB) announces that it has issued and allotted 500,000 new ordinary shares to Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited in lieu of cash fees under the terms of its engagement with the Company for the period to 31 December 2014.
Application has been made for 500,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur on or around 19 December 2013. Following admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 146,789,750 ordinary shares. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
