Advent Capital (Holdings) PLC28 April 2006 Advent Capital (Holdings) PLC ("Advent" or "the Company") 28 April 2006 DIRECTOR OPTIONS Shareholder approval was obtained at the EGM held on 5 January 2006 to amend theprovisions of the Unapproved Share Option Scheme ("the Scheme") to allow thegrant of up to 5,850,000 shares at 20p (being the Placing Price of the privateplacing undertaken at the same time) following the publication of the Company's2005 Report and Accounts.
