ALLOTMENT OF SHARES TO EBRD
Adriatic Metals Plc (ASX:ADT, LON:ADT1) announces that further to Adriatic's announcement of 27 October 2020 of the Subscription Agreement entered into between Adriatic and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("EBRD"), Adriatic has allotted 5,276,595 new ordinary shares ("New Shares") to EBRD pursuant to the Subscription Agreement at a price of £1.175 per share.
Application will be made for the admission of the New Shares to the Standard Segment of Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission").
The New Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and their Admission is expected to occur at 8.00am on 2 November 2020.
Following the allotment of the New Shares, it is expected that the total number of shares in issue will be 201,496,519 (none of which will be held in treasury) and that, accordingly, the total number of voting rights of the Company will be 201,496,519. This total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
