Update on Board Changes
AdEPT (AIM: ADT), one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity, and voice solutions provides a further update to the announcement on 10 February 2021 in relation to the planned re-appointment of Christopher Kingsman as a Non-Executive Director, to take effect on 1 March.
By mutual consent, it was agreed not to proceed with the planned appointment.
