Director Dealing

The Company has been advised that on 13 June 2012, Roger Wilson, Non-Executive Chairman, transferred 72,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company from a nominee share dealing account to certificated form.

Following this transfer, Mr Wilson's total beneficial interest remains at 788,300 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.74% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
