Second Interim Dividend for the year to 30 September 2023
The Board of abrdn Diversified Income and Growth plc (the "Company") announces that it is declaring a Second Interim Dividend in respect of the year to 30 September 2023 of 1.42 pence per share on the Ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 31 March 2023.
The Second Interim Dividend will be paid on 6 July 2023 to shareholders on the register on 9 June 2023. The ex-dividend date is 8 June 2023.
The last date for receipt of mandate instructions by the registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, is 16 June 2023.
In line with best practice in corporate governance, the Board puts forward the Company's dividend policy for shareholder approval at each Annual General Meeting.
