DawMed Systems PLC25 May 2007 For Immediate Release 25 May 2007 Dawmed Systems Plc ("Dawmed" or the "Company") Issue of Equity Pursuant to a settlement agreement dated 24 May 2007 between the Company and MrBarry Dale, formerly an executive director of the Company, the amount of £13,500has been settled by the issue and allotment to Mr Dale of 150,000 ordinaryshares of 5p each in the capital of the Company at an issue price of 9p perordinary share (the "Consideration Shares"). The Consideration Shares will rank, pari passu, with all existing ordinaryshares, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for theConsideration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
