We hereby give notice that on 11 December 2007 the Board of Directors of theCorporation resolved to distribute a dividend. 2. The amount of the dividend to be distributed is NIS 1,414,232,680. The dividend is at the rate of 100.0% of the issued and fully paid share capitaland some 49.8% of the net profit for the first nine months of 2007. 3.
